Hi Chicago Southsiders,
It was a late night and an early morning for us as we attended the Chicago Urban League’s information session on how minority and women residents can invest in Bally’s Chicago Casino before the offering closes on January 31.
We’ve got a recap of what happened at the meeting here and wanted to get this out to you as soon as possible. I also have additional information and may dive deeper into the registration statement to break down the details of this offering and help you better understand the investing lingo.
Can you do me a quick favor? Take the survey below and let me know if this is something you’d be interested in learning more about. Your feedback helps us shape the coverage that matters most to you.
Now, I’m off to the first day of Northwestern Medill’s Local News Accelerator, where we’ll be setting goals for the year and exploring ways to serve you better.
Thanks for being part of the Chicago Southsider community!
Have a great week!
